• initially visit to understand needs and scope of the project
• support with design and advise on planning and building regulations
• provide plans to clients specification.
• submit plans
• draw up bill of works and put out to tender to known preferred contractors
• schedule in work 
• daily site visits, usually at the beginning and end of each day and when required
• materials including bathrooms/kitchens etc can be sourced by us or client but we will always pass on any discounts
• snagging service will include a list by us and client to ensure a quality finish
• throughout the project we will manage building standards and ensure completion certificates are in place once the project is completed to everyone's satisfaction
