The access to this  property had an enclosed stair to the side ,with three damp cellars. 

Our brief was to create a living space which in turn incorporated the rest of the property.

This space has been transformed with a mezzanine entance area together with a bright and airy family room with doors leading to the Garden.

Kitchen Dining Area

The Kitchen dining area felt very detached from the rest of the Kitchen. 

Our brief was to incorporate this area with the rest of the Kitchen to create a large open plan family kitchen with sitting area and a seperate dining area which would become the heart of the home.

This new Kitchen and family room has clearly defined areas for entertaning & dining with double doors leading to the garden.

Our client asked us to work out how they could obtain an additional family bathroom with a walk in shower.

The redundant cellar housing nothing more than a ladder has been transformed into a fantastic oppulent bathroom with seperate walk in shower, cleverly built into the understair space.
